¼ tsp salt
- Pop popcorn with butter and salt, keep warm.
- Put sugar in pot, add enough water to create wet sand, should be a thin layer of water on top. Stir, wash down sides. Bring to boil.
- Add honey and glucose to sugar mixture and cook to a golden caramel. Plunge pot in ice bath when color is achieved.
- Add butter.
- Place popcorn in a bowl, slowly add caramel while moving and stirring popcorn.
